Why Regular Roof Checks Matter
Your roof takes the worst of the weather year-round. Small issues — slipped tiles, cracked flashing, blocked gutters — often turn into leaks and expensive damage if they are ignored.
We recommend a visual check at least twice a year (spring and autumn) and after severe storms. Look for missing or damaged tiles, sagging areas, moss build-up, and damp patches in the loft.
When to Call a Professional
If you are not comfortable on a ladder, or you spot signs of water ingress inside the property, call a qualified roofer. It is safer and usually cheaper to fix problems early than to deal with structural or internal damage later.
