We offer a range of services including roof repairs, new roof installations, re-roofing, flat roofing (EPDM, GRP, felt), guttering, fascias and chimney repairs. The specific services, scope and deliverables for each project are agreed upon during consultation and may vary accordingly.

2.2 Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information available at the time of inspection. If additional work is discovered during the course of a project, we will inform you and agree any additional costs before proceeding.

2.3 Guarantees

All work carried out by On Cloud Roofing comes with a workmanship guarantee. The length of guarantee depends on the type of work and is confirmed in your quote. Material warranties from manufacturers may also apply and will be provided where applicable.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our services varies depending on the scope and requirements of the project. Specific pricing is provided in a written quote prior to the commencement of work. Payment terms are agreed at the time of quotation. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time; changes will not affect existing agreed quotes.

4. Service Delivery

Delivery timescales are estimated based on the scope of work and weather conditions. We will keep you informed of any changes to the schedule. Work is subject to safe working conditions; we may need to reschedule in the event of severe weather.

5. Insurance

On Cloud Roofing is fully insured for public liability. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

6. Intellectual Property

All photographs of completed work remain the property of On Cloud Roofing and may be used for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

On Cloud Roofing is not liable for pre-existing structural issues, damage caused by third parties after work is completed, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services provided.

8. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a booking with reasonable written notice. If materials have already been ordered, you may be liable for the cost of those materials. No charge applies for cancellations made before materials are ordered or work begins.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
