No. Surveys and written quotes are always free with no obligation. We would rather earn the work by being honest and useful than charge for a visit.

We can give a rough range over the phone or by photo for simple repairs, but a proper written quote needs a survey on site. Roofs hide a lot from the ground and we will not commit a price we are not confident in.

For active leaks we aim to be on site the same day or the next morning where possible. We can usually carry out temporary weatherproofing immediately and plan the permanent repair once conditions allow safe access.

Repairs and small jobs we usually fit within a week or two. Full re-roofs are typically scheduled four to six weeks ahead depending on the time of year. Emergency leaks always jump the queue.

Roof repairs, full re-roofs and new roofs, flat roofing (EPDM, GRP fibreglass, felt), conservatory roofs, fascias, soffits and guttering, and chimney repair including leadwork and repointing.

We do the work ourselves. The same team handles the survey, the quote and the install, so you deal with the same people from first call through to final clean-up.

Yes for genuine emergencies. If water is actively coming into the property, call us and we will do our best to attend the same day or first thing the next morning.

Yes. We cover commercial flat roofs, leak tracking and roofline maintenance on shops, offices and small industrial units across Coventry and the surrounding area.

Always. We are not interested in selling a re-roof you do not need. If a repair is the right call we will quote a repair, even when a replacement would earn us more.

Fixed. The figure on your written quote is the figure on your invoice unless the scope changes after we have agreed it. If we hit something genuinely unexpected we stop, talk to you and agree the change in writing first.

For large jobs (full re-roofs and similar) a small materials deposit is sometimes required to lock in scaffolding and stock. For everyday repairs there is no deposit — you pay on completion.

Bank transfer is preferred. We can also accept cash and card on completion. Invoices are payable within seven days of work being signed off unless agreed otherwise.

Quotes show prices clearly with any VAT line itemised separately so there are no surprises. Ask if you need a VAT receipt.

Yes. We carry full public liability insurance for roofing work. Copies of our cover are available on request — just ask before the work starts.

Yes. Every job carries a written workmanship guarantee. The length depends on the scope: small repairs typically 12 months, larger installs and re-roofs 10 years or more on the workmanship plus the manufacturer warranty on the materials.

Call us. If the issue is within the workmanship covered by your guarantee we come back and put it right at no cost. Honouring guarantees is non-negotiable for us — it is the whole point of giving one.
